煤矿巷道掘进的工序和时序优化研究

Optimization Research on Process and Timing of Coal Mine Roadway Drivage

摘要: 为了解决巷道掘进中生产工序推动不合理、生产工序环节不合理、生产工序时间有缺口、生产管理不到位等问题,以孙村煤矿31119炮掘工作面为研究对象,对掘进的作业工序以及工人的劳动组织状况等进行具体的写实、分析以及改进优化,最终有效解决了交接班、割煤、临时支护、永久支护、延伸带式输送机、清理工作面等存在的问题。结果表明:实施煤炭企业的内部优化是煤炭减成本增效率的有效途径。

Abstract: with the end of the "golden decade" of coal mine, the cost advantage decreased, making the internal optimization of coal enterprise become an effective way to increase the efficiency. Roadway drivage is the basic process in coal production, the drivage working procedure and the sequential optimization will play the role on the improvement of the coal production, but some unreasonable production process of the current roadway drivage need to promote, such as unreasonable link of production process, time gap of production process, the lacks of production management. Against the above problem, this paper surveyed the whole aspects of operation procedure of excavation and the concrete situation of labor organization, based on the specific coal field investigation in a coal mine 31119 digging face as the research object. Finally this paper solve the problems of cutting coal and temporary support and permanent support etc., which provides effective reference value for the optimization of the transformation of coal mine enterprise.
